Calia and Penfolds are proud to collaborate for the 2022 Truffle Season's final Truffle Degustation and Wine Pairing Dinner at Calia Chadstone!

The Australian truffle season is back! Indulge and delight in 5 truffle courses created by our expert CALIA chefs paired alongside 4 famous Penfolds wines including 2020 Bin 389, 2022 Bin 51, 2020 Bin 28 and Grandfather Tawny.

Tuna Tataki
Binchotan seared Tuna tataki, pickled heirloom cherry tomato, pureed avocado, soy truffle dressing & black truffle

Lobster Dumpling
Lobster Yuba dumpling with slow braised daikon in Jamon dashi broth with black truffle

Scotched Egg
Smoked scotched egg, yuzu cream, parmesan & black truffle

Confit Chicken
Duck fat Confit Corn fed chicken breast, creamy foie gras sauce, spiced penfold gel & black truffle

Sable with charred caramel pineapple, Yuzu parfait and gel, vanilla truffle diplomat, vanilla truffle ice cream

This event is by prepaid reservation only. Limited seats available.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a refund. Cancellations within 72 hours will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

Dietary requirements: Apologies as we are unable to cater for dietary requirements or menu changes as this is a set menu event.
