Hojicha is Japanese roasted green tea that has a nutty caramel like roasted aroma and flavour. We have carefully selected the softer high graded tea leaves prior to roasting to give a light golden brown colour. We have milled Hojicha into powder form for easy use in home-made lattes and cakes.
