Umeshu is produced by infusing Ume fruit into Shochu. Both the nose and palate exhibit marzipan/almond like characters, along with rich texture on the palate.

Established in 1844, Kunizakari is located in Handa City, Aichi. Handa City is situated on the Chita peninsula, about 380km south-west of Tokyo.
