We want you to be 100% satisfied and please with your online order from Calia! In the event that you are not, we able to assist with a return, exchange or refund.
Calia is happy to replace or refund any product that is faulty, defective or unfit for purpose. Please email a photo of the products and order number to Calia Customer Care at email@example.com and we will reimburse you the cost of return shipping! We will provide you with details on how to return your items. We will be unable to refund the initial delivery costs.
We can only issue a full refund for faulty, defective or unfit for purpose items to the original payment method used to purchase the products online or store credit will be issued.
We are unable to issue refunds for change of mind purchases but we can offer to exchange these products within 10 days of delivery. For change of mind purchases, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Please email Calia Customer Care at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process. Please include your order number.
There is no refund or exchange on sale items.
Please note that all returns are subject to inspection and verification and must be in its original packaging in a condition for resale before a refund or exchange is issued.
In Store Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please visit a Calia outlet. A customer service officer will be able to assist you with a refund, exchange or replacement. Calia is unable to refund change of mind purchases but will offer a credit voucher or exchange. Our stores can only accept a refund or exchange with Calia Proof of Purchase.
Please note that all returns are subject to inspection and verification and must be in its original saleable packaging condition before a refund or exchange is issued.
We will process your refund within 3 business days of the refund being approved. Depending on your bank and method of payment it may take between 3-10 business days for the refund to be received into your account. This is due to the bank processing time and not within our control.
If your order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched by us we can cancel your order. There are no costs to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped.
For orders that have been shipped, you will need to follow our standard returns policy for your order to be refunded or exchanged.
We do not cover the costs of return postage.
