Minced Meat with Japanese sticky sauce
Ingredients (serves 2)
150g chicken or pork mince
1 spring onion -finely chopped
1 tbsp grated ginger
50g edamame beans or peas
3 tbsp SAORI Tsuyu Sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar or honey
1/2 cup water + 1 tbsp corn flour (mix well)
4 potatoes -boiled or steamed
How to Cook
(1) Stir-fry mince for 2-3 minutes (I mince my meat so I used 1 tbsp olive oil for stir-frying but if you are using store bought mince, it contains enough oil in the mince to stir-fry without adding any oil).
(2) Add edamame and spring onion then add corn flour/water mixture, SAORI Tsuyu Sauce, brown sugar and ginger.
(3) Simmer a further few minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve on potatoes.
