Shipping & Delivery

Important Notice for Online Orders: Due to overwhelming demand and the current government lockdown in Melbourne please expect delays in the dispatch & delivery of online orders, as we are located in Melbourne.

It may take approximately 10 business days for some orders to be dispatched at this moment in time. We have been informed by both Australia Post and our courier partners to expect delays in deliveries as the transportation network in Australia has been significantly reduced. We are working to get your order to you as soon as possible and thank you for your patience and understanding.

We ship anywhere within Australia. 

For international delivery please email info@calia.co for a quotation.

We are unfortunately unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers at this time as we require a physical address for deliveries.

Once your order is placed a standard processing time of up to 3 business days is required before the order is shipped out or (for click and collect orders) ready to collect from our stores. 

All online orders placed after 11:00 AM (AEST) may be processed the next business day and orders placed over the weekend and on holidays will be processed the next business day starting at 9:00 AM (AEST.)

Please note that during peak holiday & sale periods processing times may vary. Every measure is taken to ensure your order is processed as soon as possible.

Out of stock, special order or pre-order items may take longer to dispatch. We will be in contact with you if a delay is expected.

Click and collect orders may take between 1-3 business days to process or longer during peak and busy periods, as all items in your order may not be in the one location and may need to be transferred from our warehouse or other stores.

Every effort is made to ensure that your order is made available to collect as soon as possible.

For click and collect orders placed after 11AM, they will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery within Australia:
Free standard shipping for all orders over $120

For domestic orders $120 or less:
Western Australia & Northern Territory Standard Shipping (5-8 business days) - $14.9
Rest of Australia Standard Shipping (1- 6 business days) - $12.9 

International Delivery:
Please contact us for a quote for international delivery based on your order and destination country. The customer is responsible for any additional duties, taxes or surcharges that may be incurred upon delivery to your country.

For orders within Australia, it may take 1-10 business days for your order to arrive. During peak or busy periods it may take longer.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be 100% satisfied and please with your online order from Calia! In the event that you are not, we able to assist with a return, exchange or refund.

Mail Returns
Calia is happy to replace or refund any product that is faulty, defective or unfit for purpose. Please email a photo of the products and order number to info@calia.co and we will reimburse you the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with details on how to return your items. We will be unable to refund the initial delivery costs.

We can only issue a full refund for faulty, defective or unfit for purpose items to the original payment method used to purchase the products online or store credit will be issued.

We are unable to issue refunds for change of mind purchases but we can offer to exchange these products within 10 days of delivery. For change of mind purchases, we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

There is no refund or exchange on sale items.

Please note that all returns are subject to inspection and verification and must be in its original packaging in a condition for resale before a refund or exchange is issued. 

In Store Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please visit a Calia outlet. A customer service officer will be able to assist you with a refund, exchange or replacement.

Calia is unable to refund change of mind purchases but will offer a credit voucher or exchange. Our stores can only accept a refund or exchange with Calia Proof of Purchase within 10 days of purchase.

Please note that all returns are subject to inspection and verification and must be in its original saleable packaging condition before a refund or exchange is issued.

We will process your refund within 3 business days of the refund being approved to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank and method of payment it may take between 3-10 business days for the refund to be received into your account. This is due to the bank processing time and not within our control. We are only able to issue a refund to your original payment method.

If you need to modify your order, please contact us within an hour of placing it. We'll do our best to help with your order, but if it has been fulfilled or shipped out already, it can not be modified.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled or dispatched by us we can cancel your order. There are no costs to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped. For orders that have been shipped, you will need to follow our standard returns policy for your order to be refunded or exchanged. We do not cover the costs of return postage for orders cancelled by customers.
